Dr. Farrell is a dedicated healthcare provider specializing in treating injured federal employees under the OWCP and Department of Labor (DOL) programs. With years of experience in occupational medicine, Dr. Farrell has become a trusted resource for federal workers in need of expert medical care, thorough documentation, and compassionate support throughout the complex claims process.
Dr. Farrell’s passion is helping postal workers, federal law enforcement, and government employees recover from workplace injuries and return to their careers and families. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail in medical narratives, ensuring every claim is supported by clear, comprehensive documentation—giving federal workers the best possible chance of claim approval.

April Cardwell, DC
Dr. Cardwell, D.C. brings a unique blend of natural healthcare and physical medicine to her practice, specializing in helping injured federal employees navigate the OWCP and Department of Labor claims process. Raised in a family immersed in the medical field, Dr. Cardwell has always believed in delivering patient-centered care by combining evidence-based chiropractic methods with a passion for supporting working Americans.
With over 9 years of experience, Dr. Cardwell specializes in scoliosis reduction, spinal disc disorders, and comprehensive spinal rehabilitation, including advanced training in scoliosis correction through the CLEAR Institute. She is well-versed in the Pettibon System and remains an active member of the Colorado Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Cardwell is especially dedicated to federal workers—postal employees, law enforcement, and government staff—who often struggle to find providers familiar with OWCP/DOL requirements. She takes pride in delivering thorough evaluations, clear medical narratives, and ongoing support so her patients can focus on recovery and getting back to work.

Tamara Johnson, MD
Dr. Tamara Johnson, MD, is an experienced family physician dedicated to supporting injured federal workers through the OWCP and Department of Labor claims process. As supervisor of the Medical and Rehabilitation departments, Dr. Johnson is passionate about helping patients with chronic pain—especially those dealing with complex musculoskeletal conditions resulting from work injuries.
With decades of experience, Dr. Johnson has seen firsthand the unique challenges that federal employees face when navigating workers’ compensation. She is committed to thorough evaluations, detailed documentation, and patient advocacy to ensure her patients receive the care and benefits they deserve.
In addition to her work with Spine Correction Center of the Rockies, Dr. Johnson serves as Medical Director for Region 2/Heartland Counseling and Consulting Clinics in North Platte, Nebraska, overseeing a network of care that spans multiple locations.
Dr. Johnson completed her medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and began her career in Family Practice before moving into medical leadership roles. She is well-versed in both acute injury care and long-term rehabilitation, making her a trusted ally for federal workers needing expert guidance through the OWCP/DOL system.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and golfing.

Latrell Padmore, PT, DPT
Dr. Padmore is an experienced physical therapist specializing in the treatment of injured federal employees under the Department of Labor (DOL) and OWCP programs. He holds a B.S. in Athletic Training from Weber State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Wheeling University.
Dr. Padmore evaluates and treats a wide range of work-related orthopedic and neurological injuries, with expertise in vestibular disorders, TMJ dysfunction, and pelvic health. He is committed to thorough documentation and clear communication to support DOL/OWCP claims, helping federal workers achieve recovery and successful claim outcomes.
